How does the Pay As You Go billing work?
Pay As You Go is wallet-based. You recharge your Vistara AI wallet (minimum ₹1,000), and as your AI voice agents place calls, connected minute charges (₹3.00/min) are automatically deducted from your balance. There are no monthly fees and your balance never expires.
What counts as a connected call minute?
Billing starts only when a call is answered by the recipient or their voicemail. Unanswered calls, busy signals, or failed connections are not charged. Minutes are billed in 60-second increments.
Can I upgrade from Pay As You Go to a Platform Plan later?
Yes, anytime! If your monthly call volume grows, you can activate a Platform Plan to unlock lower per-minute rates (₹2.50 or ₹2.00/min). Your existing wallet balance carries over.
Are there any hidden setup fees?
No hidden fees. Pay As You Go has zero setup fees. Platform plans have a fixed monthly fee with no surprise line items.
What payment methods do you accept?
